Oak Dowry Cedar Chest
If you are looking for a more formal style cedar chest—the Dowry Chest is an elegant option. The Dowry is raised higher off the floor with sturdy curved legs. The lid is accented with classical solid wood trim. Cherry is a popular wood choice for this style usually ordered with darker finishes like Chocolate or Antique. Ruby, Expresso and Winter walnut also look very nice.
Each chest is handcrafted with 100% solid wood on the front, top and three sides. The rear, bottom and inside side panels are finished with solid red cedar. The rear and bottom panels are generally not exposed.
